All orders will be dispatched via the courier Interlink (DPD).
Orders are usually dispatched Monday to Friday at 3.00pm GMT. If you are unable to receive your delivery on a weekday, we also offer a
Saturday Delivery at an additional cost.

FAQ
SPEED
Speed : Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched on the same working day (excluding weekends). Orders placed after 3pm will usually be despatched the next working day (excluding weekends).
TRACKING
When placing your order, please provide a mobile number or email address in order to receive regular updates on the status of your delivery; this will also enable the couriers to send you an estimated delivery time.
LATE DELIVERIES
Late Deliveries : Late deliveries could be due to a number of reasons. If you feel your package is late, the first step is to check the tracking code you received on your dispatch email. If your item has left our warehouse and you feel it's severely overdue, please email uS at assistance@jacquelinehancher.com including your order number in the email.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
There are varying time limits in which you cancel your order depending on what country you have selected to be dispatched to.
For UK Next Day Delivery orders, we request that any cancellations are made no more than 30 minutes after the order is placed.
The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations give you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please contact us at assistance@jacquelinehancher.com as soon as possible after placing the order. If your order has already been shipped, please contact us at assistance@jacquelinehancher.com for further instructions.
